MEETINGS

Include anything from Coffee and breakfast snacks to a possible full breakfast.

At each meeting all members are allowed 1 min. to introduce a property.

Current affairs are discussed.

A list of 10 to 12 homes in the area to view. Currently we drive our own cars or carpool to each home. Each member is asked to evaluate each home. Comments concerning reasons for reducing or raising the price of the home.  Suggestions to help sell the homes are helpful (paint doors, declutter, etc…)

We also ask for what the members think the home will SELL for in the present condition.

Many times we have a sponsored lunch at the end of a tour. The meeting is usually over by 11:30 and noon for lunch

By the following Tuesday the tour director will try to list the SELLING prices suggested by the members and come up with an average SELL price. The director will also list the comments and suggestions and e-mail or fax them to the Realtor who requested the home to be put on tour.
